We’re looking for an ABM Manager to help scale brand onboarding and revenue growth for Amplify. This role is for someone who knows how to design and execute high-impact account-based programs that align marketing and sales to convert target brands into onboarded customers. You’ll work closely with marketing and sales to identify high-value accounts, run personalized ABM plays, and move brands from interest to onboarding.
What you'll do
Own ABM strategy: Build and execute account-based marketing strategies aligned to business goals and onboard target D2C brands/businesses.
Target account planning: Identify, segment, and prioritize high-value brand accounts in collaboration with sales.
Personalized campaigns: Design and run multi-channel ABM campaigns across paid media, email, content, and sales outreach.
Sales alignment: Partner closely with sales teams to create coordinated plays that move accounts through the funnel.
Pipeline acceleration: Drive engagement, intent, and conversion across target accounts to increase onboarding velocity.
Content & messaging: Work with marketing to develop tailored messaging, assets, and offers for specific accounts or segments.
Experimentation: Continuously test audiences, messaging, channels, and plays to improve ABM effectiveness.
What we're looking for
3–4 years of hands-on experience running ABM programs in B2B, marketplace, or SaaS environments.
Strong understanding of full-funnel ABM strategies, from account selection to onboarding and revenue impact.
Proven experience collaborating with sales teams to drive account progression and conversions.
Ability to design personalized, multi-channel campaigns that resonate with target brands.
Experience working with ABM tools, CRM systems, and intent data platforms.
Business-minded, outcome-driven, and comfortable taking ownership beyond traditional marketing scopes.
