Description

  • The Regional Account Executive will promote a suite of post-surgical rehabilitation devices to Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) and Hospital accounts within a defined territory.
  • Provide product education and training to Clinicians, OR staff, and Administrators.
  • Stay current with clinical literature on DVT prevention, cryotherapy, and postoperative recovery protocols.
  • Serve as a consultative expert to support successful product adoption post sale.
  • Manage capital sales cycles involving committees, trials, evaluations, and ROI justification. Negotiate and close capital equipment contracts.
  • Drive adoption and utilization of disposable products.
  • Navigate clinical and economic value propositions to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in Orthopedic or post-surgical DME equipment sales.
  • Documented track record of sales success.
  • Familiar with procedural environments and protocols (Hospital OR or Ambulatory Surgery Center).
  • Hunter / growth mindset.
  • Ability to sell clinically and based on value.
    • Skilled in negotiation & pricing
  • Self motivated, team player
  • Able to travel as needed to cover a regional position
