We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Officer/Loan officer assistants to join our growing mortgage team. You will guide clients through the loan process from initial consultation to closing, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and compliant experience.

A typical day includes speaking with prospective borrowers, reviewing financial documentation, structuring loan options, issuing pre-approvals, and maintaining ongoing communication with clients and referral partners. You will actively generate new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up while maintaining strong compliance with federal, state, and company guidelines.

Requirements

1. Excellent communication, customer service, and sales skills
2. Ability to analyze credit, income, and asset documentation
3. Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and CRM platforms
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
5. Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of multiple loans
6. High level of professionalism and ethical standards
