The Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented RAQA Assistant to join our Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance team in Basel. This is an entry-level position, ideal for a graduate or early-career professional seeking to develop a career in regulatory affairs and quality within the life sciences sector.

While prior experience in Regulatory Affairs or Quality Assurance would be an advantage, it is not essential. Full training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance activities across the product lifecycle
• Assist with preparation, maintenance, and control of regulatory and quality documentation
• Maintain document management systems in line with internal procedures and regulatory requirements
• Support audits, inspections, and internal quality processes
• Assist with data tracking, reporting, and document updates using MS Word and Excel
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and external partners as required

Requirements

• Degree in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline
• Interest in Regulatory Affairs and/or Quality Assurance within pharmaceuticals or medical devices
• Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and general document management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal (soft) skills
• Fluent English (written and spoken) – essential
• Quality or Regulatory diploma/certification is an advantage
