Position Description:
Wade Trim's team of 20 marketing professionals support business development for four client market segments - Water; Community Design; Industrial, Commercial, and Energy; and Transportation.
We are looking for a Pursuit Manager to join our Marketing Team to help drive pursuit planning and manage pursuits from positioning through presentation. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or other business area and at least 10 years of business development and/or proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry. Excellent organizational, facilitation, communication, writing, and editing skills are critical.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Manage pursuits and lead positioning for pursuits within our four market segments.
- Lead teams in proposal strategy development through blue, pink, red, and gold team reviews.
- Lead discussions on critical issues, team composition/organization, experience, team strengths, and discriminators.
- Lead message development and creative presentation of information.
- Support business development efforts of technical staff in client capture and pursuit planning.
- Foster use of sales process throughout the organization.
- Maintain excellent client relations.
- Maintain a safe working environment.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or other business area
Skills/Experience:
- 10+ years of related experience is required
- Experience in A/E/C industry leading positioning or proposal development efforts is required
- Experience with Adobe InDesign is required
