Position Description:
Wade Trim's team of 20 marketing professionals support business development for four client market segments - Water; Community Design; Industrial, Commercial, and Energy; and Transportation.
We are looking for a Pursuit Manager to join our Marketing Team to help drive pursuit planning and manage pursuits from positioning through presentation. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or other business area and at least 10 years of business development and/or proposal development experience in the A/E/C industry. Excellent organizational, facilitation, communication, writing, and editing skills are critical.
Typical responsibilities include:
Manage pursuits and lead positioning for pursuits within our four market segments.
Lead teams in proposal strategy development through blue, pink, red, and gold team reviews.
Lead discussions on critical issues, team composition/organization, experience, team strengths, and discriminators.
Lead message development and creative presentation of information.
Support business development efforts of technical staff in client capture and pursuit planning.
Foster use of sales process throughout the organization.
Maintain excellent client relations.
Maintain a safe working environment.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in marketing or other business area
Skills/Experience:
10+ years of related experience is required
Experience in A/E/C industry leading positioning or proposal development efforts is required
Experience with Adobe InDesign is required
