Role Overview
The Senior Sales Manager at Anchanto will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring and managing enterprise-level clients. This role requires a strategic, consultative sales approach to identify opportunities, build long-term relationships, and close high-value deals within the eCommerce, logistics, and supply chain ecosystem.
The role will work closely with Marketing, Key Accounts, Project Management, Solutions, Implementation, and Product teams to ensure customer success and long-term business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Revenue Growth

Identify, prospect, and close enterprise-level customers to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand Anchanto’s market presence

Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, decision-makers, and key stakeholders

Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders
2. Solution Selling & Client Consultation

Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand customer pain points and business needs

Present tailored Anchanto solutions aligned to customer requirements

Collaborate with pre-sales and product teams to customize solutions and demonstrate clear ROI
3. Pipeline & Sales Process Management

Own and manage a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting

Ensure timely follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures using CRM tools

Drive high-quality lead conversion through structured and targeted outreach strategies
4. Market Expansion & Industry Positioning

Identify emerging market trends, competitive activity, and new business opportunities

Develop partnerships with industry players and ecosystem stakeholders
-
Represent Anchanto at industry events, conferences, and networking forums
5. Cross-functional Collaboration & Customer Success

Work closely with Solution, Implementation, and Key Account teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term customer engagement

Partner with Marketing and Demand Generation teams to optimize lead flow and campaign effectiveness

Share customer insights and feedback with the Product team to drive feature enhancements
Essential Requirements

Background in SaaS, logistics technology, eCommerce fulfillment, or supply chain solutions

Strong understanding of multi-channel retail, last-mile delivery, and warehouse automation

Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles involving integrations and customization
Qualifications & Experience

5+ years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, eCommerce, supply chain, or logistics

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals

Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, logistics technology, and supply chain management

Experience selling to C-level executives, procurement, and IT decision-makers

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams

Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent)

Experience in account-based selling, consultative sales, and solution-based sales methodologies
