We are looking for a dynamic, detail‑oriented, and highly skilled Specialist Professional Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will partner closely with global financial institutions to deliver, configure, and customize NICE Actimize Financial Crime Prevention solutions.
You thrive in customer‑facing environments, enjoy solving complex implementation challenges, and bring strong technical expertise across databases, product configuration, and deployment.

How will you make an impact?

You will collaborate with experienced Architects, Business Analysts, R&D, and global customer teams to design and implement intelligent and innovative financial crime prevention solutions.
As part of this role, you will:

  • Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, including planning, configuration, testing, and go‑live.
  • Develop, configure, and customize NICE Actimize product features.
  • Understand customer business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work on AML, Payment Fraud, and Trading Compliance product implementations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product, data, and deployment issues.
  • Plan and perform unit, functional, and integration testing.
  • Support customer teams with product functionality, training, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Apply enterprise software standards, best practices, and secure coding principles.
  • Occasionally work with customers on‑site or across time zones.
  • Operate efficiently within a global, matrix‑driven environment.
  • Handle product deployments with high attention to detail and ownership.

 

Have you got what it takes?

Experience: 7–10 years

  • Strong background in Banking & Financial Services domain.
  • Hands‑on experience in product implementation or professional services.
  • Expertise in PostgreSQL/SQL and handling large datasets.
  • Experience working in complex database environments (Oracle / MS SQL).
  • Exposure to Unix commands, OOP concepts, and high‑scalability coding principles.
  • Ability to work independently and complete complex tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Familiarity with both waterfall and agile methodologies.
  • Experience working in global delivery & multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Excellent task planning, prioritization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with R&D, PS Groups, and Customer Support.

Additional (Good to Have):

  • Actimize development or implementation experience.
  • Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps tools.
  • Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS).
