We’re looking for a Remote Customer Support Representative who is proactive, positive, and ready to grow with a fast-moving, mission-driven company.
Schedule:
Work fully remote, following New York (EST) business hours.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the friendly voice of Sentry by assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Listen carefully, understand concerns, and provide clear, helpful solutions.
- Manage customer requests with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Work closely with internal teams to keep service smooth and efficient.
- Keep customer records up to date and follow our support procedures.
What We’re Looking For:
- Customer service or call-center experience (preferred, but not required for the right person!).
- Excellent communication skills — someone who can express themselves clearly and professionally.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Comfortable using technology, CRM tools, and web platforms.
- A reliable internet connection + a quiet, professional home workspace.
- Ability to work full-time in the NY/EST time zone.
