About the Opportunity
The Sr. CS Project Manager will be a key driver for operational excellence and strategic execution within the Customer Success organization. This role involves overseeing critical processes, managing high-impact cross-functional projects, and ensuring the CS team is aligned with both department-specific and company-wide objectives.
Responsibilities
- Process and Program Management: Own and manage the RAD4 process for Customer Success, including attending meetings, leading project workstreams, and coordinating the involvement of relevant CS team members.
- Lead and drive complex, cross-functional project initiatives: Provide general project management for complex, customer-facing workstreams with set deadlines, such as product deprecations, key retailer changes, new product launches, or cohort-based communications. This includes creating project plans, assessing customer impact, tracking compliance, and reporting on results. Strategically aligning the efforts of diverse teams (e.g., Engineering, UX, Product, and Operations) to deliver integrated solutions that meet defined business objectives.
- Goal Setting & Accountability (OKRs): Own and manage the Customer Success OKRs in partnership with CS management, including building and running the quarterly OKR framework, maintaining up-to-date documentation, and holding key result owners accountable.
- Company Goal Alignment: Own and manage the CS portion of Company OKRs, ensuring delivery, measurement, and proactively identifying conflicts (e.g., capacity constraints) or blockers.
- Risk & Roadblock Management: Raise key information, roadblocks, and potential conflicts (between RAD4s, Company OKRs, and CS OKRs) to CS Management across Mid-Market (MM), Enterprise (ENT), SXM, and Globals segments, suggesting solutions to leadership.
- Event Support: Support the CS-owned portion of event management for major events like Digital Shelf Summit, Insiders, and Customer RUGs, partnering with CS Management and Marketing to ensure effective task completion and internal/external communication.

- Passionate about delivery processes and collaboration across teams, including Product, Project Management, Engineering, and go-to-market functions.
- Skilled in balancing a strategic delivery vision with meticulous attention to detail and follow-up.
- Equally adept at optimizing delivery processes and shepherding initiatives through to achieve results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Exceptional negotiation and influence skills required to manage competing priorities and secure buy-in across diverse cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Engineering, leadership) on critical resource allocation and scope decisions.
- Extremely organized and highly detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with data and CRM tools such as DOMO, Excel, and SFDC.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to autonomously create and manage multiple complex projects and workstreams simultaneously.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Clear and concise communicator, capable of distilling complex topics into clear communication for leadership, the team, and customers.
- Metrics-oriented approach, ensuring all efforts are documented and measurable.
- Proven ability to influence peers and hold project owners accountable for deadlines, documentation, and measurement.
