Responsibilities

• Assist clients in German via various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
• Effectively address client inquiries and resolve issues related to our products and services
• Accurately document client interactions within our CRM system
• Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve complex client issues
• Educate clients on optimal usage of our offerings to help them achieve their goals
• Gather and communicate feedback from clients to drive service improvements

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or related fields is advantageous

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Client-oriented approach with a dedication to providing outstanding service
• Familiarity with customer support software is a plus
