Financial ControllerOur client, a commercial real estate firm, are seeking a financial controller to work closely with the CFO. This role offers a great opportunity to join a dynamic business at a pivotal time of its gorwth.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Preparation of the IFRS consolidated and individual financial statements (HGB) for the quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Implementation and preparation of consolidation processes.
- Support in the further development of accounting and valuation guidelines and create management reporting
- Preparation of IFRS accounting and ac as the contact person for questions about reporting.
- Manage the completeness of the Group reporting of the subsidiaries (reporting)
- Creation of processes and methods as well as participation in accounting projects
Your profile:
- Relevant financial degree
- At least 3 years experience working in real estate or with real estate assets in Germany
- Fluency in German and English
