Responsibilities and Duties
- Estimate jobs, perform take-offs, write proposals, communicate with business owners or property managers
- Write picking list, order materials, arrange for permits
- Interpret job specifications and contract drawings and estimate materials needed
- Generate and maintain relationships with property managers, general contractors and other local avenues of business
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate will have experience in all Low Slope and Steep Slope Roofing Systems
- The candidate should be able to read drawings and spec books in order to perform take-offs, write estimates and proposals
- The candidate should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Candidate needs to be able to communicate with business owners and property managers on a professional level
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Pass background check
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Construction/roofing industry experience preferred
- Preferably 2+ years experience in commercial roofing (repairs, production, or sales)
- Military service is a plus

- Competitive compensation with bonus plan, commensurate with experience, compensation range $75k -$110k commensurate with experience
