Job Description:

ProArch is looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will sell our IT solutions, focusing on cloud services, cybersecurity, and application development.

Your primary tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will collaborate with technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve growth targets.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to become a trusted advisor.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of our solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and finalize sales deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive customer success.
  • Track sales performance and prepare reports for executive management.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of IT solutions, especially cloud, cybersecurity, and software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for technology.
  • Ability to travel as necessary to meet clients and attend industry events.
