Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat in German.
• Assist customers with travel bookings, itinerary changes, and cancellations while ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Offer detailed information on travel packages, destinations, and services to enhance the customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Stay updated on travel trends, policies, and offerings to provide relevant information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry.
