Digital Community Executive bei Haier

Here at Haier Europe (Candy, Hoover, Haier) our ambition is simple; to be the number one Domestic Appliance and Smart Home business in the UK and Ireland. As we grow our business, we are now looking for a new Digital Community Executive to grow awareness of our Hoover Floorcare and Haier Kitchen Appliances brands.

As Digital Community Executive you’ll play a pivotal role in building and nurturing engaged communities around the Hoover Floorcare and Haier Kitchen Appliances brands. You’ll be responsible for driving awareness, organic brand advocacy and commercial growth by strategically developing influencer partnerships, managing social campaigns, and optimising paid media to deliver measurable sales outcomes. The role combines strong relationship management, creative campaign development, and data-led marketing execution, ensuring our social and influencer ecosystem delivers both brand love and performance. You’ll also manage CRM including Email Marketing and a wide variety of content across all social channels.

With proven experience in influencer recruitment and marketing, social media management, and paid media optimisation you’ll have a strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Pinterest) and emerging content trends. With demonstrable ability to negotiate contracts, manage agencies, and oversee budgets you’ll also have experience managing Amazon Associates or affiliate programmes.

You’ll be based at our fantastic Birchwood Park office (WA3 6XG) with hybrid working available (3 days office/2 days home).
