At Frontier, our Practice Coordination Team (PCT) is at the heart of how we work. Made up of around 27 talented professionals, including a range of Executive and Personal Assistants, the team provides high-quality, proactive support across our business.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Junior PA to join our Cologne office (on a 6 month FTC), primarily supporting our Energy practice, while also assisting with Front of House and Facilities. You’ll work closely with colleagues across the business and play an important role in helping the team run smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who’s organised, eager to learn, and enjoys taking ownership of their work. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with senior PCT members, gain valuable experience, and contribute to a supportive and friendly team.

You’ll report to the PCT Manager / Practice Manager and work in line with Frontier’s values of professionalism, quality, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Organisation

  • Manage diaries and schedule internal and external meetings

  • Use Frontier systems to log projects and key client information

  • Arrange venues for events, away days, and meetings

  • Provide Front of House and Facilities support, including cover during absences

  • Organise national and international travel

  • Assist with administrative tasks such as printing, binding, and general team support.

Impact and Delivery

  • Take initiative and learn from senior colleagues to improve processes

  • Complete tasks accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines

  • Build knowledge of Frontier’s work through meetings, training, and internal resources

Communication and Collaboration

  • Work closely with other Business Management Teams on cross-team projects

  • Support senior PCT members by taking on delegated tasks

  • Seek feedback from your Manager and Mentor to support your development

Development and Engagement

  • Attend training and development sessions to build your skills

  • Build strong relationships with colleagues across the business

  • Get involved in cross-team learning and engagement activities

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • German language skills

  • Experience in an administration, front-of-house, or facilities role

  • A strong team player who enjoys working collaboratively

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Desirable

  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
