Position Summary
The Labeling Specialist is responsible for routine and advanced tasks related to the creation and approval of product labeling.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Perform routine and complex label creation and modification tasks.
· Assign labeling for new devices.
· Assign label component and part numbers to a log or database.
· Create temporary production labels.
· Investigate labeling issues for other departments.
· Perform advanced troubleshooting of label files and systems.
· Create and maintain label attribute data.
· Troubleshoot complex labeling issues.
· Work on special assignments as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
· Understanding of labeling regulations and guideline.
· High level of attention to detail.
· Strong organizational skills.
· Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
· High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a Labeling Support role or equivalent.
· Experience with an ERP system.
· Must be at least 18 years of age.
Work Environment
· This is largely a sedentary role.
· This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
