Job Description
We are thrilled to introduce a dynamic new role within the Eptura team! As a People Technology Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of our HR processes and make a substantial impact on our global operations. Reporting to the Director of Global People Operations, you will be the go-to expert for managing and optimizing multiple Dayforce modules and workflows.
Responsibilities
- System Administration: Provide ongoing administrative support for Dayforce and users.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and analyze business requirements for Dayforce improvements and enhancements.
- Customization: Customize Dayforce settings, forms, templates, workflows, and user interfaces to meet specific HR needs.
- Reporting and Analytics: Set up and manage reporting and analytics, generating custom reports and dashboards using Dayforce tools to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity related to organizational structure, change requests, and data imports.
- Data Security: Ensure data security and compliance by adhering to data protection and privacy regulations.
- User Support: Provide user support for Dayforce related inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues and work directly with the Dayforce Support team when needed.
- Efficiency Improvements: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Enhancement Updates: Keep the team updated on system enhancements and best practices.
- Process Optimization: Develop, implement and enhance strategies to optimize HR and Eptura’s business processes and workflows.
- Testing: Lead release testing and documentation
- Administrative Functions: Own and manage various administrative functions within the Dayforce.
- Ad hoc Tasks: Perform additional tasks as required
About You
- Experience: Proven experience with HRIS administration, Dayforce preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, including advanced experience in Microsoft Excel.
- Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
- Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and leaders.
- Project Management: Proven experience in project management, ensuring timely and successful completion of HRIS projects and initiatives.
- Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills to work closely with leadership teams, drive process improvements, and encourage innovative thinking.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to handle diverse and confidential information with extreme accuracy and discretion.
- Proactivity: Proactive in identifying potential issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
