Requirements
What You’ll Do:
- Proactive and accountable; takes initiative to identify issues and drive progress.
- Clear and confident communicator who can lead discussions and ensure meetings are purposeful.
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Analytical mindset with focus on problem solving, data accuracy, and value delivery.
- Professional integrity, self-awareness, and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience – 8 to Years.
- Proven experience managing BI, analytics, or data platform projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong grounding in project management principles (Agile or hybrid) and familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Jira.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to cross-functional and senior audiences.
- Experience coordinating across technical and business teams (data, product, engineering, governance).
- Demonstrated ability to manage project documentation, RAID, and follow-through on actions.
- Exposure to Power BI, Azure data environments, or enterprise analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Pharma R&D portfolio or project management processes.
- Recognised PM qualification (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
