Job Description:

Are you ready to combine creativity with technical expertise to transform how a global leader connects with its audience? At Rotork, we’re looking for a Digital Experience & Engagement Specialist to define and deliver an exceptional online experience across all digital touchpoints.

What you’ll do

  • Lead the evolution of Rotork’s digital presence, ensuring consistency and engagement worldwide.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and IT teams to drive digital innovation aligned with strategic goals.
  • Manage and optimise websites, digital platforms, and user journeys to enhance customer experience.

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital marketing, website management, or digital engagement (B2B or industrial experience preferred).
  • Strong skills in Sitecore CMS, SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar), and marketing technology platforms.
  • Bonus points for experience with Sitecore Content Hub, WCAG accessibility standards, GDPR compliance, and multilingual site management.
  • A creative mindset with technical know-how, excellent communication, and stakeholder management skills.
