- Setup, configuration and maintenance of laptops, printers, conference room equipment and other hardware
- Administration of local infrastructure - MacOS, Windows, Cisco Infrastructure (Access Points, Routers)
- Management of accounts and access rights (Google workspace, VPN access, etc.)
- Further development of the IT infrastructure and IT processes for a rapidly growing company and implementation of IT infrastructure projects
- Development and establishment of a centralized identification and authentication platform
- Handling of complex service requests for your colleague in the context of 1st and 2nd level support
- Creation of technical documentation and reports
- Hardware selection and management
- Successfully completed studies in computer science or training in the field of IT (specialist information technology system integration or similar)
- Experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
- High sense of responsibility in dealing with sensitive data
- Strong service orientation and high quality awareness
- Proactive, independent and solution-oriented way of working
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience with identity and access management solutions (e.g. Okta) as well as endpoint management solutions (e.g. VMWare Workspace One) is a plus
