Job Description:

Consulting Skills   

  • Client delivery as part of an on-site or remote project team, able to define the framework and structure of deliverables, carrying out the production of complex deliverables  
  • Manage the work, activities, and timelines of work for both their selves and their team, identifies priorities and workflows for interested parties  
  • Utilizing a higher-level understanding of methodological concepts, coaches teammates in preparing client deliverables utilizing tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Access, MS Project and Visio, designing key deliverables for projects and supporting other consultants in the production of their deliverables    
  • Present complex ideas, critical points and decisions required to team members and client contacts, including middle and top management   
  • Perform simple and complex research and business analysis to solve for customer business challenges/issues to present unique, tailored solutions utilizing both quantitative and qualitative data   
  • Manages internal team by promoting teamwork, motivate and help consultants to improve  
  • Demonstrate credibility and legitimacy with client, capable of challenging client approaches and provide new directions, allowing the customer to evolve and deepens relationship  
  • Defines the project framework and organization, managing one or different projects at a time, guarantees the follow-up of these assignments   
  • Provide status reporting of progress, dependencies, issues, risks, and overall program health      
  • Responsible for the work streams of a complex project and takes the lead on simple projects   
  • Maintain program sites as a repository for all project information  

Business Expertise Skills  

  • Support the Wealth & Asset Management practice, thought leadership, and people development activities firmwide  
  • Lead PMO activities across multiple workstreams, including project planning, milestone tracking, and stakeholder communication.
  • Support program leadership in driving large-scale transformation initiatives within Wealth and Asset Management, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory expectations.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives; partner with Product Owners and Scrum Masters to ensure delivery readiness.
  • Create executive-level presentations, dashboards, and reporting materials that clearly communicate project status, risks, decisions, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—business, technology, operations, compliance—to gather inputs, synthesize information, and develop structured, compelling deliverables.
  • Apply creative thinking and design skills to develop high-quality decks, roadmaps, visuals, and storytelling materials tailored for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Conduct project assessments to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities across processes, governance structures, and delivery frameworks.
  • Support financial management of programs, including budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, and vendor oversight.
  • Ensure alignment between business goals, technology outputs, and regulatory considerations across Wealth and Asset Management functions.
  • Develop and maintain PMO documentation 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders by providing insights, recommendations, and thought leadership based on industry best practices.
  • Coordinate and manage dependencies across related programs, ensuring clear communication and timely issue escalation.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal methodology, tools, templates, and best practices for program governance and execution.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience within Wealth Management, Asset Management & Financial Service space
  • Proven experience supporting PMO functions
  • Previous experience utilizing Agile methodologies with hands-on experience supporting Agile ceremonies and collaborating with Product Owners/Scrum Masters.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality executive-level presentations, dashboards, and narrative-driven materials for senior stakeholders and steering committees.
  • Excellent storytelling, visualization, and creative design skills; proficiency with PowerPoint or similar tools.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across business, technology, operations, and compliance teams.
  • Solid understanding of Wealth & Asset Management processes, products, and regulatory considerations.
  • Experience supporting large transformation programs, system modernization initiatives, or operational change efforts.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; proficiency in Excel or BI tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certifications (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, CSM, CFA, etc.) preferred.
  • Consulting experience is required, particularly in client-facing roles delivering structured, high-impact solutions.
  • Financial Service background required

Office Workplace Guidelines
