About this Position

We are currently looking for temporary employees to join our PFSL Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Responsibilities:

  • Review all mutual fund trades for suitability and completeness
  • Ensure trades meet the PFSL guideline and are compliant with both PFSL compliance and Securities regulations
  • Responsible for forwarding all the deficient trades to appropriate staff for resolution
  • Responsible for keying KYCs and other documents in the system
  • Compile Operations daily statistic reports
  • Other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Post secondary education or equivalent knowledge through working experience
  • Excellent communication and multitasking skills
  • Thoroughness and accuracy are vital
  • Highly organized, detail oriented and conscience in a time sensitive environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office programs mainly excel
