Engineering Delivery Manager (Senior) bei Thales

We are currently looking for an Engineering Delivery Manager to join our team at Thales Portugal!

Responsibilities:

• Knowledge of system engineering and system/software development lifecycles;
• Strong organisational and planning skills, detail oriented, and the ability to handle multiple priorities;
• The ability to overlook complex situations and to manage multi-task environments;
• Ability to manage and coordinate engineering resources and technical teams;
• Ability to monitor and track technical activities (e.g. engineering schedule and KPIs), allocated budget and associated risks and opportunities.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Technical Manager
• Knowledge of System Engineering and System Development Lifecycles
• Ability to coordinate technical teams
• Good command of English
• Availability to travel
