Academy for Cloud Delivery The Academy for Cloud Delivery is a development program designed for early-career talent.
What You’ll Do As an Academy for Cloud Delivery Associate, you’ll take part in an 8–12-month immersive learning journey designed to build technical, functional, and professional skills through hands-on training, global certifications, and real-world experience across leading cloud platforms.
Throughout the program, you will:
From day one, you’ll be a full-time SAP employee, collaborating in a dynamic, customer-focused environment that values curiosity, communication, collaboration, and continuous learning. Some roles will include shift work and may require working on weekends and/or public holidays as determined by project needs. You will not be required to work night shifts. You’ll develop hands-on skills in cloud delivery, problem-solving, escalation management, and project delivery, gaining exposure to global projects and innovation initiatives - including AI-driven transformation. We are planning a practical and immersive portion of our program designed to provide unparalleled hands-on learning and networking opportunities.
During intensive phases of the program, it is critical that all participants are fully engaged and present to ensure maximum learning and success. As such, vacation may not be approved during some critical times of the program.
