Your responsibilities will include:
In this role, you will:
- Provide timely information and advice to the chain of command regarding updates or changes to regulatory publications.
- Assist in the development, maintenance and improvement of Standing Instructions Logistics, including managing submissions through the Standing Instructions Improvement Request (SIIR) Register.
- Perform internal audits within the Approved Maintenance Organisation (AMO), ensuring the audit program is aligned with organisational schedules and updated as directed by the TACM.
- Act as the Quality System Facilitator for maintenance elements under TACM guidance.
- Ensure Process Audits, Product Sampling Audits, and End State Audits are completed on time, including oversight of follow-up actions through to completion.
- Maintain accurate and complete Quality System records, including audit reports and action plans.
- Ensure compliance with all periodic tasks in accordance with relevant Orders, Instructions and Publications.
- Internal Auditor Course
- Lead Auditor Course
- Defence Aviation Safety Regulation (DASR) Practitioner Courses (145, M, 66 and SMS)
- Diploma of Quality Auditing
- CAMM2 Manager qualification
- Extensive exposure to quality systems within an aircraft maintenance environment.
- Strong knowledge of Computer Aided Maintenance Management Version 2 (CAMM2).
- Significant aircraft maintenance management experience.
- Proven experience as both a Lead Auditor and Internal Auditor.
