About this Opportunity
We’re looking for a HubSpot CRM Specialist who loves building clean systems, optimizing workflows, and making a marketing + sales funnel run smoothly end-to-end.
You’ll be the person who ensures that every lead is captured, nurtured, routed, and tracked with zero leakage.
Where You Will Have Impact
1. HubSpot CRM & Automation Management
- Build, manage, and optimize workflows across the full funnel
- Maintain clean, accurate, deduplicated data
- Troubleshoot CRM issues quickly and prevent lead loss
- Configure lead capture + routing across all inbound sources
2. Lifecycle Nurturing & Campaign Automation
- Create automated sequences for new inquiries, follow-ups, and client communication
- Test + refine nurture flows to improve conversion at each stage
- Ensure every lead receives timely and relevant communication
3. Lead Scoring, Attribution & Funnel Performance
- Own lead scoring logic for prioritizing prospects
- Track funnel stages from inquiry → consultation → signed client
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend optimizations
- Build dashboards with CAC, conversion rates, volume, and velocity
4. Cross-Team Collaboration
- Partner with marketing and intake/sales to match workflows to operational needs
- Train team members on HubSpot usage
- Document SOPs for HubSpot and system processes
Skills Will Need To Have
- 3–5 years in marketing ops, CRM administration, or HubSpot management
- Deep hands-on experience with HubSpot (workflows, automations, lifecycle stages, lists, scoring)
- Strong operational, systems-first mindset
- Attention to detail and strong ownership of outcomes
- Ability to clearly explain technical systems to non-technical teammates
- Bonus: HubSpot certifications
