If you love words, storytelling and turning ideas into compelling content, you might be just who we’re looking for! Reporting to the Corporate Communications Manager and working closely with teams across the company, you’ll be our go-to content creator for everything from blog posts and white papers to flyers, emails and webinars. You’ll help shape our voice, keep messaging consistent and on-brand, and make sure our value shines through in every word.
We’re looking for someone who can switch gears effortlessly—from writing educational content that builds awareness to crafting persuasive copy that drives action. This role is perfect for a creative thinker who knows how to connect with both business decision-makers (B2B) and everyday consumers (B2C). If you stay on top of content marketing trends, geek out over great copy and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, let’s talk!

- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept informed.
- Establish and maintain a current and archived content management library of resources, ensuring accessibility and organization of content assets for seamless retrieval and utilization.
- Maintain a working knowledge of DDAZ product offerings, as well as health and wellness industry trends and news.
- Uphold branding and style guidelines in all DDAZ communications to remain compliant with Delta Dental Plans Association standards.
