- Partner closely with the General Manager to develop and execute smart, effective sales strategies.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to level up product knowledge and sales skills.
- Foster lasting customer relationships that keep buyers returning to Preston with confidence and loyalty.
- Collaborate with finance, service, and other departments to ensure a seamless, premium customer experience.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and offer constructive, growth-driven feedback.
- Stay up-to-date on evolving market trends, new models, and competitor activity.
- Ensure compliance with all company, industry, and ethical standards.


Requirements

 

What You Bring

  • A track record of consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets.  
  • Proficiency with CRM and sales management tools.  
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.  
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

This role includes indoor and outdoor work across dealership facilities and customer test drives. You’ll frequently move throughout the dealership, interact with customers and staff, and perform duties requiring regular talking, hearing, standing, walking, and sitting.
