Job purpose
Enables the Business Unit (BU) to focus on business-relevant topics by providing competent & timely support on administrative & operational tasks
Supports the BU in meeting process standards and requirements for all marketing projects
Maximizes the growth of the assigned product(s) within the country by co-developing the brand omnichannel and communication plan. Executing digital projects, events & sponsorings, commercial projects and services based on the CVT’s (Country Value Team) brand strategy & plans in collaboration with the product manager
Supports the cross-functional development and implementation marketing activities incl. national congresses and patient education
Measures and analyses the impact of digital activities and individualizes contents to address stakeholder needs
Ensures full compliance with J&J Credo and HCBI principles to preserve trust and reputation towards HCP and patients who are using the product(s)
Job responsibilities
Owns & leads budget controlling processes of the BU in collaboration with finance
Acts as Super User or Process Champion for one of the supported systems or processes (Concur, eMP, HPR, iCD, MBP, JJAR...)
Handles end-to-end payment processes to suppliers/service providers via electronic data processing systems such as eMP/Ariba, HPR or Manual Bank Payment incl. independent handling of complex projects
Supports creation, renewal or cancellation of contracts for certain events and archiving of contracts

Co-develops the omnichannel plan in collaboration with the cross-functional team and ensures excellence in the implementation of marketing initiatives incl. digital activities, sponsorings/events support with national congresses to ensure the deployment of marketing activities that address the needs of our customer and other stakeholders.

Co-develop new commercialization strategies and shares digital best practices through working closely with other functions, division and regions

Leads local digital commercial projects and activities, such as development and execution of digital campaigns, newsletters, websites, on-demand materials and services, and digital materials to optimize congress presences. Support specific business initiatives as appropriate.
