Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of AI Solutions to lead our artificial intelligence initiatives and drive innovation across our energy services portfolio. This role will be instrumental in developing and implementing AI strategies that enhance our operational efficiency, optimize energy solutions, and create sustainable value for our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and execution of AI solutions strategy aligned with business objectives
• Manage a team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI specialists
• Identify opportunities for AI implementation across business units and energy operations
• Design and oversee the development of AI-powered solutions for energy optimization, predictive maintenance, and smart grid applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of AI implementations
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and industry standards
• Present AI strategy and results to executive leadership
• Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships
• Lead proof-of-concept projects and pilot programs

Required Qualifications:
• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully implementing AI solutions in an enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of energy sector challenges and opportunities
• Experience with modern AI frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Excellent project management and team leadership skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience with agile methodologies and software development life cycle
• Industry certifications in relevant AI/ML technologies (preferred)
• Background in energy sector operations (preferred)
