About our Internship Program
Interns will have an opportunity to work with subject matter experts in financial services and learn about the industry, our members and our credit union. This is an opportunity to gain valuable insight, develop new skills, and establish a network of mentors and business contacts. 


The 2026 Internship Program includes a 10 week, paid internship from June 1, 2026 through August 7, 2026, and includes a wide range of opportunities that fit various majors and areas of study. Interns will have the opportunity to have hands-on experience within their work area along with collaborating cross-functionally with other interns across the organization.
 

Education: 

  • High school diploma required
  • Rising college junior or senior 

 

Essential Skills:

  • Ability to think critically and problem solve
  • Display a high level of judgment and accountability
  • Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with team members and build connections within and outside of your work area

 

Internship Opportunities 

AI Analyst- Cybersecurity Intern:

  • Research and evaluate AI/ML models for cybersecurity use cases (e.g., anomaly detection, phishing prevention, threat intelligence).
  • Support data collection, preprocessing, and model training efforts using real-world security datasets.
  • Explore opportunities to identify AI capabilities within current tool set and create implementation plan.
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts and engineers to integrate AI Use cases into existing workflows.

 

Core Lending Analyst Intern:

  Develop a foundational understanding of the Loan Director Lending Platform system.

Navigate and utilize the Configuration Matrix within the Loan Director Lending Platform system to support lending operations
Learn and apply rules for various lending products to ensure accurate system configuration and compliance.
Prepare and present a use case demonstrating a specific lending product.

 

Payment Analyst Intern:  

 

Analysis of Payments data to identify anomalies
Work with the Payments team in the requirement analysis of new features by documenting them 
Review issue logs and prioritize them by working with the team
Assisting on creating dashboards based on Payments data from the core system

 

Data Engineer Intern:

 

Assist in developing and testing data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest and transform data using Snowflake.
Support the creation and optimization of data models and schemas for analytics and reporting.
Learn and apply best practices for query performance and data organization in Snowflake.
Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to understand business data needs and contribute to technical solutions. 

 

The good faith range for these positions is $17.00 an hour. 

 

All candidates will be subject to a background check and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
