A lovely family in West LA is seeking a nurturing and reliable full-time nanny to join their household starting on February 9. They have two children, a 4-year-old and a 4-month-old, and need full-time, approximately 35-40 hours, long-term care as both parents resume work. The primary focus will be on caring for their infant, with occasional support for the preschooler during school closures. Candidates who have availability for a few weeks in December would be ideal.

- Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:45pm & Occasional Fridays half day
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, loving care for the baby
- Diaper changes and bottle feeding (warming breast milk as needed)
- Maintain a daily log of feedings, naps, and diaper changes
- Encourage developmental milestones through age-appropriate play (reading, tummy time, sensory activities, walks, etc.)
- Put baby down for naps and manage her routine
- Light tidying/housekeeping and child-related laundry
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of paid professional childcare experience
- CPR certified, or willingness to become certified
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to provide 2 childcare-related references from a professional setting
- Able to successfully clear a background and social media screening
Compensation
This position pays $23 - 25 per hour, and the family is looking for 35-40 hours of care per week.
