We are seeking the best talent for a Senior Product Manager, Digital Surgery to be located in Raritan, NJ, Cincinnati, OH or Santa Clara, CA.
This position will report to the Director, Product Group Leader EDGE and will work across business and technology partners to shape MedTech’s connected device transformation. They will lead cross-functional teams to drive product discoveries, guide global process designs, and prove value cases. The successful candidate will be a senior leader of the product management & engineering functions, and as such, will be responsible for leading by example, teaching through experience and cultivating a strong pipeline of product management talent. Responsibilities
Critical responsibilities will include leading product roadmaps and briefs; seeking, understanding and applying industry trends aligned to customer demands and global strategies; and driving solutions from concept to adoption. This leader will actively engage functional leaders and will be responsible for driving technology as an enabler of the digitization and modernization of MedTech’s surgical device ecosystem.
- 20% - Maximize Viability - Ensure all product teams are “building the right thing” maximizing return on investment, enabling business value / results and manage stakeholder expectations
- 20% - Ensure Usability – Develop best in class user experiences to ensure frictionless adoption of products and services being built.
- 20% - Calculate Feasibility – Continuously challenge and prioritize the product roadmap to align with customer needs, willingness to adopt and the team’s ability to deliver
- 15% - Derive Value – Lead product discovery, inclusive of internal and external benchmarking to quantify and confirm the value to the product or service being built.
- 15% - Shape to-be Processes – Define patterns for an OT platform
- 10% - Servant Leadership – Develop, mentor, and engage team to build a high-performance team
Required skills and qualifications
- Minimum BA/BS degree required (Computer Science, Computer Engineering preferred)
- Proven experience in Cloud & EDGE/IoT foundational
- 8 years experience product development and deployment
- Ability to quickly learn, challenge and shape new businesses processes
- Ability to understand and work across multiple business domains and products is required
- Must have the ability to establish and build healthy working relations and partnerships with internal and external partners
- Proven experience leading large, moderate to complex projects, programs or initiatives across domains or enterprise with numerous dependencies in a matrix environment
- Experience delivering business results through rigorous prioritization

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$120,000 - $207,000 (OH, NJ); $138,000 - $238,050 (Bay Area)Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.
