You are:

As a lead in Marketing Strategy, this role will be focused on crafting integrated marketing strategies and orchestrating plans that build brand experiences and drive business growth for our clients. You’ll champion and oversee a wide range of marketing activities across the funnel, including research, brand strategy, digital strategy, marketing planning, and reporting. Externally, you’ll help us grow long-term relationships with our clients, become a go-to marketing consultant and advisor, and lead teams to deliver successful work. Internally, you’ll inspire and mentor junior talent on the team as you help grow our practice and capabilities. You’ll also collaborate and work hand-in-hand with others at Accenture as you integrate related business activity, particularly in creative agency services, marketing operations, media, and data and analytics.

The work:

  • Develop and champion marketing strategies to grow our clients’ business

  • Manage execution of integrated marketing plans to drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention

  • Gather and analyze insights and data to determine the most valuable opportunities to improve marketing performance

  • Build trusted relationships with clients and colleagues; viewed as a strategic advisor to help them understand how to grow brands through marketing channels and experiences

  • Play an integral role within the practice to create and expand practice offerings

  • Nurture and mentor junior talent to grow the Marketing Strategy practice

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • Minimum 7 years of marketing planning experience

  • Minimum 7 years of extensive experience in one or more of the following areas: digital strategy, CRM strategy, brand strategy, communication strategy

Bonus points if:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience

  • Subject matter knowledge in digital strategy and integrated marketing with expertise in designing data-driven multichannel relationship marketing strategies utilizing web, mobile, social, email, and traditional marketing channels

  • Strategic planning skills: strong strategic thinker, search for insights, and shepherd strategic idea

  • Experience building out assets for client workshops, business development efforts, and constructing high-impact strategies

  • Experience of key business performance metrics and KPIs

  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices

  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with limited guidance

  • Seeking a diverse array of agency experiences across industries and strategic skill sets

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
