Our ideal candidate is an analytical, detail-oriented, and service-focused financial professional with a passion for comprehensive financial planning. You'll play a critical role in developing detailed financial plans for our clients and supporting Wealth Advisors. You should have a proven track record of creating sophisticated financial plans and a desire to deepen your expertise across complex wealth management topics.

Day-to-Day as a Wealth Planner:
- Design and deliver comprehensive, tailored financial plans to high-net-worth individuals, executives, business owners, and families.
- Master data gathering, scenario building, and case design to address complex client needs, including estate planning, tax optimization, and wealth transfer.
- Solve client requests via research and Salesforce case entry.
- Present financial plans and analyses to clients in a clear, compelling manner, ensuring they have confidence in their financial future.
- Support Lead Advisors and Wealth Advisors with technical expertise during client meetings and strategic planning sessions.
- Innovate and streamline existing financial planning processes to enhance efficiency and client outcomes.
- Participate in professional development with the ability to advance to a Wealth Advisor role.
What You Bring as a Wealth Planner:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in a financial planning or wealth management associate role.
- Must have passed the CFP or CFA exams.
- Exceptional analytical skills and a deep knowledge base across investments, economics, accounting, and financial planning.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to clients and colleagues.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to create complex and impactful presentations and analyses.
- Familiarity with financial software, including Salesforce, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, Holistiplan, and Hidden Levers.
- A sincere desire to make a difference in your clients' lives, demonstrated through your own volunteer journey.
- Experience in a support role, steering client relationships that drive results.
Job Type: Full-time, salaried exempt
Location: This position is based out of our office in San Francisco. Hybrid; in-office 3 to 4 days per week.
Salary: $100,000 base with $24,000 in annual bonus eligibility, paid in quarterly increments.
