Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in program management or management consulting, sales operations, or equivalent experience in a technology/media company.
- Experience with stakeholder management, presenting data analysis to business teams and working with datasets as an analyst.
- Experience in program management, co-ordinating cross-organizational programs.
- Experience with SQL and analysis with the ability to work with data and insights.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills.

In this role, you will join the the Go-To-Market organization for Global Business Applied AI (GBAI) to provide business-critical insights using analytics, ensure cross-functional alignment and execution, and drive partnerships and new initiatives. As a part of the GBAI Sales Tools teams, you will improve the sales efficiency and effectiveness by building tools that align company priorities with day-to-day operations and evolve early-stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Responsibilities
- Architect the program strategy and objectives, assess and communicate impact to business stakeholders.
- Drive governance and engagement cadence across multiple work streams to ensure clear decision and escalation paths.
- Align with stakeholders to ensure continuous execution of program milestones, deliverables and success metrics.
- Provide regular updates, storyboards and communications to stakeholders and partners for alignment.
- Collaborate with partner teams and SMEs to surface risks, action items or key dependencies impacting program delivery quality or timeline.
