The Senior Manager, Seller Compliance (Lifecycle), leads the development and execution of compliance strategies within their area of responsibility. This role involves monitoring regulatory changes, conducting gap analyses, and utilizing data analysis to review existing and emerging risks. The position requires managing and monitoring enforcement of policies through data and process reviews. This position ensures policies and standards have been implemented effectively through design reviews and testing controls, providing remediation reports as needed. The Seller Compliance team ensures 3rd-party sellers adhere to all legal, regulatory, and company standards. This team actively monitors controls and seller activities, enforces compliance policies, and collaborates across departments to reduce risks and protect customers. Utilizing data-driven insights and strategic partnerships, the team maintains marketplace integrity by promoting transparency and trust. Team members contribute to continuous improvement processes and compliance risk management, supporting Walmart’s commitment to ethical business practices and regulatory adherence while fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence.- Direct compliance consistency by addressing questions, monitoring regulations, and updating policies with leadership input.
- Analyze data, create reports, and communicate findings to senior leadership, ensuring follow-up actions across teams.
- Mitigate risks by developing strategies based on evaluation of customer and seller data
- Lead research on regulatory trends, conduct gap analyses, and provide recommendations to support long-term compliance.
- Oversee multiple business controls by identifying needs, providing remediation, and measuring KRIs and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Supervise and develop associates through coaching, mentoring, and performance management aligned with company standards.

Sunnyvale, California US-08479: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
