Join our Sales, Marketing & MFS Onboarding team at Perpetual Corporate Trust (PCT), a specialist business within the Perpetual Group. In this role, you will drive new business growth by executing our Debt Market Services (DMS) and Digital sales strategy, while promoting cross-selling opportunities across the PCT range of services.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver revenue growth by designing and executing DMS and Digital sales strategies.
Actively build and manage a strong pipeline and mandates of new business across our DMS and Digital products and services.
Stay informed on regulatory changes and industry trends to guide client conversations.
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales and marketing plans.
Develop and maintain knowledge of PCT’s products and services to identify cross-selling opportunities, with a focus on introducing DMS clients to Digital offerings.
Partner with product development to shape digital strategies that meet client needs.
Negotiate pricing for new transactions and prepare client pitches and proposals.
Manage client relationship activities through Client Connect (CRM) and produce relevant business reports.
Attend and from time to time present at domestic and international seminars and conferences.
Work with Marketing to maintain and enhance DMS and Digital collateral and thought leadership assets.
Build our DMS and Digital thought leadership assets.
About you
We’re interested in hearing from people who have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications – Commerce, Business or Finance
Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and relationship management
Proven ability to negotiate complex corporate transactions
Product knowledge, particularly across Debt Market Services and debt capital markets (including securitisation, structured finance, credit, and risk)
Existing senior relationships within the Debt Capital Markets sector, Banking and Finance Sector, Fixed Income and Credit Asset Management sector, Credit Rating Agencies, Research and Intermediaries (preferred, not essential)
Digital experience in Cloud, Web, Data and Analytics (preferred, not essential)
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Strong presentation and communication skills.
