A company car is provided and regular travel across the territory is required (full driver’s licence essential).Lead & Develop Teams • Coach, motivate and support counter & store managers; oversee Beauty Advisor recruitment and integration.Commercial & Business Performance • Analyse sell-out and store performance to identify opportunities and drive actions to achieve targets. • Ensure stock availability across axes to maximise selling potential.Retail & Partner Excellence • Coordinate promotions & events with retail partners; monitor merchandising and propose improvements to Retail Design. • Conduct competitive intelligence and implement initiatives to grow market share.New Business & Relationships • Identify and develop new customer opportunities and strengthen partner relationships.We Are Looking For You are a dynamic retail professional with proven ability to drive sales and develop business. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and deliver outstanding customer experiences. No specific degree required. Languages: English.
