Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
As a Senior Training Advisor you will:
Engage with potential clients through proactive outreach via phone and email Describe the product benefits and any special offers to potential clients
Give advice about how these may benefit customers personally
Persuade customers to attend one of our training courses
Gather and document information about the customer and update SFDC - sales
CRM, including dates for follow-up calls and more info about the customers
Self-generate and qualify leads
KPI
45 Average calls per day
Achieving weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales and revenue targets Keeping CRM (SFDC) up to date and client records accurate
Networking with key accounts
Self-Generating Leads
Candidate Specifications
3-5 years of sales experience and a solid understanding of ISO Standards products and services
Based in or near Pretoria
Excellent communication and listening skills
Knowledge of CRM
