Product Engineer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development within the electronics industry.
- Advanced knowledge of electronic design, manufacturing processes, materials, and international standards (IPC, UL, CE, etc.).
- Proficiency in CAD tools (Altium, Eagle, SolidWorks, etc.).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and continuous improvement of electronic products from concept to mass production.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, quality, manufacturing, procurement) to ensure compliance with technical specifications, cost targets, and timelines.
- Conduct technical and economic feasibility analyses for new products.
- Oversee validation testing, certifications, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage engineering changes and maintain technical documentation.
- Serve as the technical point of contact for key clients and strategic suppliers.
