All Roads Company is expanding and seeking an Automotive Sales Representative to provide an exceptional guest experience at Acura of Laurel. Ideal candidates are energetic, detail-oriented, and motivated by results. This role offers a fast-paced environment with significant growth potential. Compensation & Schedule
• $50,000–$100,000+ / year (strong commission-based plan; uncapped)

Responsibilities
• Greet customers, identify needs, and present vehicle options and packages
• Lead test drives and demonstrate features (valid driver’s license required)
• Follow up with prospects and customers; convert leads using CRM
• Prepare quotes, run credit applications, and complete transaction paperwork
• Deliver sold vehicles; review features/warranty and finalize documents

• High energy, strong communication, and customer-first mindset
• 21+, valid driver’s license, and insurable by our carrier
• Prior automotive sales experience preferred (not required)
• Bilingual (Spanish) a plus
