Internal Parts Salesperson bei undefined

Peak Industrial Plains is seeking an Internal Salesperson responsible for in-house sales for Trailer Services of West Texas  location in Odessa, TX. The Internal Salesperson will interact with customers, outside Territory Sales Managers, internal service and parts, marketing and leadership to assist customers in the purchase and sale of Thermo King and Trailer Parts and Service. Makes cold calls via phone and email for external sales teams to generate new leads.

Responsibilities:

• Contacts prospective customers using a variety of methods such as phone, text, and email. Assist field salespeople to achieve team sales goals.
• Creates and maintains a positive working relationship with current and potential customers.
• Continually improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
• Ability to provide quotes, take orders and deliver products in a timely manner.
• Work in conjunction with the service department to arrange for repairs as needed.
• Manage and develop new customers, while maintaining existing sales.
• Always considers updates and developments to ensure ongoing efficiencies and development of the department.

• Ability to work in a fast paced and sometimes loud environment.
• Leadership skills to ensure smooth operations.
• Mechanical and parts knowledge and experience sufficient to work closely with parts in inventory.

Education/Experience: 

• Proficiency with Microsoft office and ability to learn corporate sales systems for placing, and managing machine orders
• Ability to communicate well with Sales, Service, and Customers.
• Customer Service skills
• Social media skills
