ABOUT ENABLE DENTAL

Enable Dental is redefining dental care by bringing high-quality, comprehensive services directly to those who need it most—patients in assisted living facilities, skilled nursing homes, and individuals unable to visit a traditional office. By combining cutting-edge mobile healthcare technology with a compassionate, skilled team, we’re improving oral health outcomes and enhancing quality of life for thousands of patients.
As a rapidly growing, mission-driven company, we foster a high-performance culture where innovation, accountability, and teamwork drive everything we do. If you're looking for a career with purpose and growth potential, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

As a Payer Relationship Manager, you’ll serve as the primary point of contact for Enable Dental’s health plan partners—ensuring the success, growth, and operational alignment of each payer relationship. Sitting within our Client Engagement team, this role blends relationship management, operational coordination, and data-driven performance tracking.

You’ll own the day-to-day health of assigned payer accounts, building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities to expand program utilization, and ensuring service performance aligns with contractual and quality commitments.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a portfolio of national and regional health plan accounts, ensuring strong partner satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Enable Dental and health plan contacts—facilitating communication, issue resolution, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain deep understanding of each payer’s membership, program structure, performance expectations, and strategic initiatives (beyond day-to-day management),
  • Track and analyze key metrics (utilization, member engagement, claims volume, performance guarantees, etc.) to proactively identify trends and opportunities.
  • Coordinate internally with Operations, Clinical, and Business Development teams to ensure service delivery meets payer commitments and network access goals.
  • Prepare and lead regular performance reviews and business updates with payer partners.
  • Collaborate with Business Development to identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing contracts or launch new programs.
  • Support new payer implementations, renewals, and reporting deliverables.
