What’s On Your Plate

• Partner with store leadership to plan and execute repairs, maintenance, and remodels
• Lead multiple construction crews and manage concurrent projects
• Conduct annual inspections across multiple locations
• Oversee Cap X planning, budgeting, and approvals
• Resolve warranty issues for new store builds
• Negotiate bids and build strong vendor relationships
• Provide expert advice on mechanical systems and building services
• Ensure confidentiality and uphold company standards
• Go above and beyond to get the job done right the first time

Your Recipe for Success

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management (restaurant industry a plus)
• Strong estimating skills and mechanical knowledge
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Smartsheets
• Excellent negotiation, networking, and conflict resolution skills
• Frequently moves, transports, and/or positions building, office, and/or kitchen equipment weighing between 10 pounds to 50 pounds from delivery truck to mobile cart and from mobile cart to various locations throughout Support Center
• Frequently bending, twisting and climbing ladders to provide maintenance advise and assess and otherwise correct issues inside the building and on the roof
• Frequently lifts supplies and parts necessary to maintain the facilities weighing up to 50 lbs.
