Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Paint Shop Facilities personnel and contractors.
Develop and enforce cleaning schedules, task assignments, and performance standards
Conduct regular team meetings to review goals, address challenges, and promote best practices
Ensure thorough cleaning of paint booths, equipment exteriors, floors, ceilings, and surrounding areas
Oversee the control and elimination of dust, debris, and airborne particles
Monitor and maintain air filtration systems, exhaust fans, and ventilation units
Schedule and supervise inspections and preventative maintenance of booth intakes, grates, ductwork, and filter housing.
Ensure all cleaning and disposal activities comply with company policies and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate records of cleaning tasks, filter changes, inspections, and waste disposal
Prepare reports for upper management on facility conditions, team performance, and compliance metrics
Work closely with paint shop operators to minimize disruptions and maintain clean production flow
Coordinate with Environmental Health & Safety teams to ensure safe handling of hazardous materials.
Support engineering and quality teams in identifying and resolving contamination-related issues

• Experience with vehicle production (Minimum 2years)
• MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering discipline or equivalent desired
• Job related experience in an engineering/industrial environment pref
• Domestic / International travel required.
At least 1 year of experience in facilities management of paint shop operations. Strong understanding of air filtration systems and environmental controls

This position is primarily sedentary and requires working at a desk and computer for extended periods. Responsibilities may include:

When in Production Area (if applicable):
• Standing, walking, bending, and reaching for extended durations
• Repeated lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling of materials and products (up to 25–30 pounds)
• Manual dexterity for handling power tools, machinery, or production equipment
• Working in environments that may be noisy, hot, or require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Ability to climb ladders or stairs and operate equipment safely and effectively
• Capability to learn and work on multiple production processes, as required
• Adequate visual and auditory abilities to identify safety hazards and communicate clearly
• Consistent and punctual attendance
• Ability to collaborate and perform effectively in a team-oriented environment
