We have an immediate need for a Lead HVAC Installer. This position will work with other installers to complete and install projects on time, on budget, and meet all local codes while maintaining Deljo's high standards.

What you will be doing:

• Retrofit / Changeout of residential heating and air conditioning systems
• Ducted and ductless systems
• Installing Indoor Air Quality accessories, and ductwork
• Installing boilers
• Radiant heat and steam systems
• Test and balance systems
• Consult with customers and answer their questions
• Supervise the work of other installers, and train new installers
• Maintaining high-quality and timely job performance

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Residential HVAC installation experience
• EPA Universal Certification
• Strong mechanical skills
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• Ability to complete an HVAC system startup
• Desire and commitment to learn and improve
• General knowledge of all HVAC low voltage systems
• Possess or acquire all needed tools
