The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Temporary Events Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing team in Denver, CO, for a 12-week engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys creating structure and efficiency, and loves bringing events to life through strong organization and teamwork.
In this short-term role, you’ll immediately jump in to support event planning and logistics for a busy season — including trade shows, webinars, and company events. You’ll work closely with our Events Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, manage logistics, and help us maintain a top-notch presence at every event.
Event Planning & Coordination
- Support the planning and execution of upcoming webinars, trade shows, and live events.
- Assist with logistics, including booking vendors, ordering and packing materials, coordinating shipping, and registering attendees.
- Maintain event documentation and schedules using tools like Google Docs and Asana.
Webinars & Virtual Events
- Set up and manage live webinars using Zoom and HubSpot.
- Handle technical setup, monitor live sessions, and troubleshoot any issues during broadcasts.
Onsite & Logistics Support
- Pack and track event materials, maintain inventory, and coordinate returns post-event.
- Provide onsite support for select events (up to 20% travel).
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with sales and marketing to ensure alignment and timely communication before, during, and after events.
- Assist in gathering event metrics and supporting lead follow-up efforts.
What You'll Bring
- 2–3 years of experience in event coordination or marketing support.
- Strong project management and organizational skills — detail-oriented and proactive.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Suite, Asana, HubSpot, and Canva.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience in the orthodontic, dental, or healthcare industries is a plus.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- This job operates in a professional office environment
- Standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, reaching, bending, stooping will be frequently required

Compensation: $25 - 28/hour
